Fall has settled with its beautiful golden and copper colours in the Northern hemisphere whereas nature is back to life in the Southern hemisphere where Spring has arrived. Here we are, all heading to the end of a powerful and transformational year, and gee, what a year…

Each one of us is going through major transformations in one or sometimes several areas of life, trying to deal with the upheavals of the planetary energy shift.

On October 6th 2012, Saturn entered the intense sign of Scorpio and will remain there until December 2014; depending on which house of your natal chart the taskmaster planet is crossing, it will help you to face your shadow, your most inner fears in the field of that specific house, in order to heal them once for a while.

Whether  you are facing a crisis in your closest relationship or if you’re about to take a major leap in your career, dealing with financial problems or have to manage a particularly intense situation with a child, Saturn will push all the buttons required to change your old patterns and reshape your approach of the situation.

You may for example fear to be  judged by your loved ones if you fill up for divorce despite a disastrous marital life, or even fear to remain alone for the rest of your life if you split up; Saturn will help you to stand your ground, trust your inner judgement and take healthy decisions for your life instead of adapting outside pressure. You’ll then realise that the Universe will send you the perfect partner to get old with when the time will be right.

Your company is separating from you after a long and successful career and you’re wondering what’s the next step for you at this point of your professional life? Saturn will help you to reinvent yourself and trust your inner resources in order to confidently offer your skills and expertise to the numerous companies which desperately need guidance to cross these challenging times of our economy.

You may face a financial turmoil and fear to lack money? Saturn in Scorpio will help you face a situation of loss, seek self-reliance and understand life’s cycles are about give and take, loss and gains… Once the experience is integrated, be sure you’ll find a creative solution to bring back abundance in your life.

You feel confused because your child is behaving in total opposite way of the type of education you gave him or her? Saturn will teach you to accept that he-she has to live according to their personality and values and don’t necessarily have to carry on in life with yours… It makes sense to put healthy boundaries but it’s also important to acknowledge that this beloved child will get closer to you if you give them the most precious gift possible: freedom.

These are just a few examples of the type of challenges you may face with Saturn in Scorpio in a specific house of your chart, but in all case, you can deal with the situation consciously and gracefully by welcoming change and letting go of the old patterns of control which are always generated by fear, early traumas and inner insecurities…

Happiness does not fall on anyone’s head, we have to work on it and of course, jumping into the unknown requires a lot of courage, honesty and faith; Saturn’s lessons can be hard to live, but once we transform its lead to gold, the rewards are always numerous and perennial with this planet.

Changing our life means changing who we are, sometimes in our very core:  Saturn joins the Scorpionic energies to help us integrate the major themes of this transit which are; resurrection and rebirth, passion and sexuality, getting in touch with esoteric subjects, trusting knowingness versus “rational” thinking… And then, like the Phoenix known as a symbol of the Scorpio in ancient times, you will reborn from your ashes to get closer to your higher Self in a beautiful Alchemical process…

“Whatever we resist persists” says the maxim: 2012 is definitely the perfect time to leave the past behind, discard habits that no longer serve us and go with the flow of the new paradigm of this “New world” like the Mayan (and other civilizations like the Opi Indian) predicted 3000 years BCE, through their vision of the “5th world”, the 5th dimension. This shift of consciousness will occur when the Sun, the Earth and the center of the Galaxy will align on December 21st 2012,  a rare event which happens every    26 000 years, and will continue in an ongoing process for the years to come until we reach the peaceful Aquarian ages.

All of us have the power to change our lives drastically, so dream big, get back to the driver’s seat and fastened your seat belts: you’re about to graduate by the Universe for a Cosmic MBA in mastering your destiny instead of being the victim of life’s circumstances…

~ A beautiful poetry to inspire you during these powerful times of change, Nelson Mandela’s favorite ~

Out of the night that covers me,

Black as the pit from pole to pole,

I thank whatever gods may be

For my unconquerable Soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance

I have not winced nor cried aloud.

Under the bludgeonings of chance

My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears

Looms but the horror of the shade,

And yet the menace of the years

Finds and shall find me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,

How charged with punishments the scroll,

I am the master of my fate:

I am the captain of my Soul.

William E. Henley, Invictus.
